the location proved convenient with easy access to public transport.
the room felt a bit neglected the furniture looked worn with visible signs of damage i noticed the room wasn't cleaned and i had to ask for fresh towels each day the staff seemed new and communication was a bit challenging

I found the staff consistently friendly and always ready to assist with luggage both before check-in and after check-out. This allowed for convenient city exploration. The location benefits from numerous restaurants and shops, a short walk from Brick Lane Markets. Liverpool Street Station is also accessible within ten minutes by foot.
The room was smaller than anticipated, I also found the bed uncomfortably stiff. The bed sheets presented some tears and noticeable black marks. I won't be staying again.

i found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. the room was super clean when i arrived. the air conditioning unit worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. i appreciated the complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee making facilities.
the walls seemed thin so i could occasionally hear noises from neighboring rooms. this wasn't a major issue but something to be aware of.

there are many restaurants near the hotel. i noticed a cafe downstairs served tasty food. brick lane cafe is nearby and offers generous portions.

the hotel has a central location. aldgate east tube station is just around the corner. elizabeth line stations are also close by providing convenient access to transportation.

the receptionist was accommodating and allowed me to check in early. i found this to be very helpful. the staff provided bottled water, a kettle, coffee, and tea in the room.
